Patio cover w/ 2x6 joists that were warped and pulling from ledger, could not support weight. Replaced with 2x10 beams and 2x8 joists to span weight, 30 year shingles, & deck repairs.

New 5 tier pressure treated deck with herring bone pattern. Built around hottub. Electrical wiring to tub and low voltage deck lights w/ transformer.
       
       
Installation of 15.5 x 9.5 cedar arbor w/ 6x6 posts, 2x6 beams and rafters, 2x4 lats. Stained with Ready Seal
     
       
Repair arbor 3 rafters, 2x2 lats, corrugated plastic panel roofing, restain rafters to match.
     

Pour 15x18 concrete slab, gable roof w/ shingles, cedar patio cover.
       
       
 

Install 12x12 floating foundation composite decking w/ planting area and steps, concrete block.
       
Repair arbor lats, install new arbor to match, stain fence and arbors.
       
       
New Fence & Retaining Wall with flower pot. Hides old retaining wall.
       
   

New Deck, fence & arbor. Wet stain - Wrangler  

Pressurewashing deck and arbor. Stain prep.
